FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What about bike rentals?
We do not offer group rates on stand-alone bike rentals. The Find Your Ride package includes a day pass, bike rental, protective gear, and an hour-long Park Ready session with a Highland Training Center coach. Session attendance is required as this discounted offering supports our mission to make the sport accessible to new guests. For group members not participating in Find Your Ride, bikes can be rented separately through our online reservation system, click here for bike rentals. We strongly recommend they reserve a bike in advance to ensure we are not sold out on the day of your event.
Once my outing is booked, can I add more people?
Substitutions and additions riders may be possible pending availability (see below for more information), however once your reservation has been made, riders may not be subtracted from your group total. Other people are more than welcome to join you at Highland the day of your outing and can purchase a pass separately, online or in person at the regular rates.
What if we need to reschedule?
In some circumstances and up to 7 days in advance, the entire group may transfer their reservation to a different date, depending on availability. This is handled case-by-case and we will work with you to find the best solution.
What if I need to substitute one rider for another?
Up until 3pm on the day before your visit, and depending on availability, substitutions for different riders may be made. There will be a $10 service charge per rider if substituting someone registered for Find Your Ride. There are no substitutions allowed on the day of the outing, and no refunds/transfers for riders who don’t show up.
What else do I need to know?
Please have each member of your group review our waiver policy before your visit. Every rider will be required to complete a waiver and show a valid ID upon check-in. For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver. Please note that completing the under 18 waiver will require a valid parent email address and ID for verification purposes.
