Please Note:
If you are under the age of 18, waivers must be signed by a legal guardian in the presence of a Highland Mountain Bike Park employee or witnessed by a Notary Public. You may download the waiver from this site.

If you do not have a photo ID proving you are 18, you will be regarded as being UNDER 18.

  1. Print out the form.
  2. BRING IT & YOUR PARENT (OR GUARDIAN) WITH YOU to Highland Mountain.
  3. Your parents or guardian must sign the waiver policy in front of a Highland Mountain representative. OR, the document must be signed by a Notary.
