Slopestyle Camp - $325.00
Duration - 2 Days
This camp will help you with your aerial awareness and technique for landing in control. You will learn the right way to assess the jumps run in distance and landings and how to adjust for each while in the air. Putting tricks in is another progression which can be achieved. All riders interested in competing in jump or freestyle events should take this camp. Higher end riders looking for entry into invitational competition should consider this camp and it's coaches as a potential reference.

8:30-8:45 Arrive for Registration
9:00 Camp starts with introductions and bike assessment
9:00-10:00 Address core skills and their value for performing tricks
10:00-12:00 Make runs to practice core skills and jump, drop, in skills area
12:00-1:00 Break for lunch
1:00-2:00 Inspect the slopestyle course
2:00-4:00 Ride slopestyle course and begin planning a run
4:00-6:00 Watch video from the day and social in main lodge

9:00 Camp starts
9:00-10:00 Review core skills and evaluate tricks in skills area and jump park
10:00-11:00 Make runs on the mountain
11:00-12:00 Ride slopestyle course
12:00-1:00 Lunch break
1:00-2:00 Work on trick combinations and developing new tricks in skills area
2:00-4:00 Ride slopestyle and put together a competition run
4:00-5:00 Watch video and social in main lodge
Equipment Recommendations:
Bikes may vary from the hard-tail jump bike to full suspension downhill bike. Many riders in this camp bring both types if they have them but it is not necessary. Highly recommend knee and shin pads, elbow pads or padded top, gloves, and full face helmet.
All Highland Camps are taught by certified MMR coaches.
